FAQ
Who is allowed to invest?
Through Invoier’s marketplace, wealth managers, pension funds, banks, finance companies and other investors are given the opportunity to invest in invoices – an asset class that factoring companies have traditionally had a monopoly on. Furthermore, your investment leads to a more sustainable invoice market, which strengthens the growth of the Swedish economy by creating better conditions for small and medium-sized enterprises. All financing takes place anonymously with Invoier as the counterparty. All buyers have undergone our membership screening. However, it is Invoier that takes over invoice management and handles the actual collection process for the receivables.

Leading bid - what is this?
The marketplace's various buyers compete to offer the lowest price for a portfolio of invoices. The lower the return requirement one has as a buyer for one's investment, the greater the chance of winning the bidding process and thus becoming the financier for a given portfolio of invoices.
The rate (percentage) stated is the expected annual return on invested capital. This rate is used to price the invoices in the relevant invoice pool.
